The Radio Information Service thanks individuals and businesses for their support of radio reading at WIU

MACOMB — The Radio Information Service (RIS), thanks the generous individuals and businesses who have to date donated a total of $3,475 toward the annual “Adopt-A-Paper” fund raiser.
“On behalf of the listeners, regional advisory board, and staff, I thank
those who are making ‘headline news’ this year. You are helping individuals in our community who can no longer read due to a visual impairment or disability,” stated Board President, Diane Tichenor. “Additional newspapers and magazines are still available to sponsor. Please contact the service for details.”
