Welcome to the 11th annual benefit auction for Tri-States Audio Information Services! All proceeds will be used to advance our services offered to our listeners who are blind, visually impaired, learning disabled, or physically disabled.

The details for placing your Online or "Nonline" bid(s) are as follows:
1. Online Bidding: At the end of each description is a link to our email: ais@wiu.edu (NOTE: if you are having difficulty with this email link, please copy/paste it into an email message to us or email ca-dennhardt@wiu.edu directly with your bids. Thank you.) When you are ready to bid, please email us with the item name(s) and item number(s). You may send bids for multiple items using a single email message.
Remember that your bid must be at least $1.00 higher than the current highest bid. We will manually update the current bid amount (if you are high bidder, your initials will be posted after the starting bid amount) and send you an email confirmation regarding your bid. If you do not receive a email confirmation, please call us at 309-298-2403. No outbid notices will be sent.
2. Nonline Bidding: Come to Tri-States Audio Information Services (504 University Services Building) between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00, Monday through Friday, to place your bid. All items will be on display from October 28 to the close of the auction on November 6.

3. The last day of bidding Online and Nonline:
On Friday, November 6, 12:30 p.m. all online and nonline bidding will close.
NOTE: The time we record your bid is determined by the time of your bid's reception by the University's email server.
Items can be picked up 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. on November 6 and the week of November 9 - November 13, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Appointments can also be arranged for pick up times.

FYI: All starting bid amounts were calculated at 75% of the item's estimated value.
